What do you mean by "swapped the sd card" ? I have the same issue, and haven't got a solution. The only thing that works is recording in 1080 instead of 4k Thanks

It won't work even re-formatting. It works a couple of minutes (recording), then you get the error again. I have re-formatted both from the controller and from a PC.

It happens the same to me with the supplied SD card. Also tried with another card, and the same issue. I changed the video settings to 1080p, and it works. It will record normally. Of course this solves the issue, but I don't think is nice, since one should be able to record in 4k, specially...
