For any item I buy, I always check on the “Compare New” under “Other Sellers” to look at the list of sellers and also click “See More” to see who the item is “Sold by” and where the item “Ships from” so I can compare the feedback of the sellers...

According to @msinger Amazon rotates the 3rd party Marketplace Sellers under the same Amazon product URL, so the actual seller can vary from day to day and hour to hour, as can the price. As long as it being sold as Prime and fulfilled by Amazon...
