The BB workaround exception to the 15% restocking fee on drone returns is claiming any unverifiable defect, like poor range or not getting the advertised flight time. They won't question it. -

Their price tends to drop faster than the other retailers but I balked at the 15% restocking fee when I first saw it as well.

Best Buy has a 15% restocking fee on all returned drones, unless you claim a defect upon return. However, because of Holiday Extended Returns, you are not limited to the default of 14 days. It's "returnable" until January 15th. Also...
