    From my interpretation of the bill putting “any foreign made drone” on the covered list wasn’t a requirement or ask. I’m wondering if the FCC is doing this on its own.

    eBay has a policy of not allowing any equipment on the FCC Covered List. They also have an automated system to prevent listings from brands on that list. It will be interesting to see how this plays out because every entry in the covered list...

    The new restriction affects ALL new foreign made drones (not just DJI and Autel).

    The way I read it, this isn't just DJI and Autel. *Any* foreign-made drone going forward is going to be blocked and that means the AG A2 for example. That's gotta be disappointing to them, I'm sure they were expecting to get a chance to...
