Since there is no DJI account yet associated with the drone or controller, there is no binding yet unless this is a replacement drones for a drone you sent in earlier that was bound.

MReally not worth it for a $5 propeller. I replaced it, and all seems well after a test flight. Had the drone been destroyed, I'd definitely go after them in court. Best to wait and see what the FAA and the FBI decide to do.
