I am located near Batavia. Where are you guys flying at in West Chester? I live in a rural area and usually fly around my house. I went out to a lake in Indiana recently.

You’re right about the gimbal being delicate, all you can do is make sure the drone is off (I know common sense) and slowly grasp the gimbal and then slowly rotate for best grip and then use other hand...

I just recieved my PolarPros and they seem sturdy and well made. As long as you handle them for what they are you should be fine. The cleaning cloth that they came with is very handy to keep in your Mavic bag.
