I'm still on my original props and been flying since mid November with 23 hrs of flight time. I do inspect them with each battery swap out. So far no knicks or cracks on my props.
If you saw my post up above you connect to your wifi hotspot (example iPhone or android cell phone) and then you have everything you need.

I have a iPad Mini 4 wifi version and it works with no problems at all. Just connect to my iPhone hotspot to get internet services.

I Use my IPad Mini 4 wifi and have no problems. Only thing I do is connect it to my iPhone hotspot so I have internet to download realtime maps.

I use a iPad Mini 4 wifi edition. I wifi connect the iPad to my phone and have no issues. Fits perfect in the controller also. Just need to buy a 1ft lightning cable so you don't have excess cable hanging loosely.

Cedar Rapids, Iowa here. Live about 1.5hrs from Wisconsin and Illinois state lines. Have my Mavic for about 3 weeks and been flying couple times of week. Went to CA last week and had a blast with it.
