Maybe try a different version of DJI assistant 2? you should be getting live view of what the sensors see.

maybe try updating software? that's what I would try before contacting DJI.

what doesn't work? can you access sensor calibration menu? does it show some kind of error?

I usually test batteries by hovering for a bit, applying a decent amount of throttle and regularly monitoring voltages for huge drops. I guess ascending with 100% throttle and sport mode will use the most amount of power but I'm not entirely sure. that's what I do after checking my batteries but...

storage charged batteries can act a bit weird, I think I had to charge and drain mine for a few times before they started functioning. I wouldn't risk actually flying with questionable batteries since you may get voltage drops and that could cause many bad things.
