Stupid question ...If I get the dual SR unit can I set up for 2.4Ghz but if for example I later flip my Mavic Pro/Mini controller over to 5.8Ghz mode (with one of the variously discussed hacks or simply when travelling abroad), would I need to swap out or change anything in the hardware set up...

Hhhmmm... this has been answered a few times in this thread already, (starting at about post #102) and further on there's a link to DJI's own forums where one of their mods lays it out pretty clearly. Several times. But, certainly up for the idea of you spending your money to test this out ;)...

Dumped my DJI Store order made on pre-order day, and went with Amazon UK, ordered on the 4th Nov. Arrived today just before Noon. Weather is trash at the moment so no chance I'll be flying today anyway.

If I were on the other side of the pond, ESB based this would probably be a no-brainer for me. From the UK, the first opportunity to buy was via DJI only. Other online options in the UK (Amazon, Wex, etc) only appeared hours later. Delivery from those outlets seems to fall inline with...

Makes sense. Suppliers and vendors of all sizes have to have certainty they'll have stock in place on release day.

Wireless charging pad with ornamental (look at me!) glass bell jar. Not very travel friendly, but cute nonetheless I suppose.

Bear in mind it went on sale in the DJI store a little before the 'announcement' video went live. I'd bet there were plenty of orders already completed by the time the video ended.
