Anyone lost footprints (flags) upon update?
I had both and Aussie and Russian flag. I deleted DJI-Go 4 off my Ipad and reinstalled now only have the Aussie flag extra and the Russian flag is gone. Still unsolved....- mavicrag

This is the most CARELESS service I've ever seen! DJI is not about quality service. Waiting for my replacement hoping it all comes intact...if it doesn't come back with propellers or gimble clap I would complain that is not new! -

DJI needs to outsource their repair and customer service departments. Perhaps other drone repair companies will start taking their business.
