The issue isn't that the drone is bound but rather the remote being bound to the account. When the remote communicates with the DJI servers through your phone it still thinks the mini 2 SE is being connected and reports back the wrong model number. You either need a new remote that won't do this...- Mcivstx

Sorry I'm late but I did some experimentation with my mini 2 SE and might have a solution. Go into profiles and try unbinding the remote and aircraft. You don't need the aircraft to be on. New DJI Mini2 SE here, can’t find record in 4K on menu
The hardware is actually capable of recording 4k. I tested it by updating the mini 2 firmware onto my mini 2SE and recorded a few mins of 4k with the higher 100mbps bit rate (Unable to fly due to server issue). Its a completely artificial limitation placed on the 2SE so it doesn't eat away the...
