Whatever settings are right for the subject, the lighting conditions and the desired look of the images.
That's why cameras have so many settings and adjustment possibilities.
There are no magic one-size-fits-all settings.
There is no real zoom on your drone.
It has digital zoom which simply enlarges the central part of an image.
The more it enlarges, the worse the resulting image is.
Digital zoom is great for marketing, but useless photographically.

You do realise that you don't have to use the 100/48/50 MP settings for the cameras.
They also have 25/12/12 MP resolutions available too.
Have you looked into the image quality for those?
