Lost drone: possible crash due to lost signal?

The flight data ends with no changes in the pitch, roll and yaw data, so we know that there was no crash at that point and the drone probably didn't end up in that tree.. But just to eliminate that as a factor, the obvious point to address is the height of the large tree/s where the data ends...

    Air 3S drifting from take-off

Dream on. It's clear that you're an uninformed blowhard and not worth engaging with.

Lost drone: possible crash due to lost signal?

Drones don't crash due to losing signal. But crashing or losing power would show on the screen as losing signal. If your drone was well above the vegetation, it probably didn't crash. Please post a link for the Phantomhelp report On losing signal your drone would continue the Litchi waypoint...

    Air 3S drifting from take-off

    What a surprise !!

    Air 3S drifting from take-off

If the cell voltage differences were big enough to cause a problem, the drone would be descending, not drifting.

    Air 3S drifting from take-off

I choose not to. On the contrary. Just because there are cell deviations, and some other issue does not mean the cell deviations caused the other issue. I've inspected the flight data from hundreds of flights and incidents and having deviations in cell voltages is not uncommon, but there are...

    Air 3S drifting from take-off

There are several very unlikely explanations (guesses) put forward in this thread, but this is the most unlikely. There is no way that cell deviations would cause what the OP described.

Lost my other drone, my Mini 3 Pro

There's what you think you saw and what the data shows to have actually happened. Your drone was not going down, the water under it was rising. You seem to have a big problem understanding how ocean waves work. It's no mystery to most people. It was more than 10 feet over the ocean and it...

Photo Mode Aperture Issues Discovered- It's Not Good

It's the most unlikely combination of exposure settings, one that no-one is ever going to use intentionally. Of course it belongs in this thread.

Photo Mode Aperture Issues Discovered- It's Not Good

I can't think of a scenario where you would ever use those settings.

Are Sky Swaps Still Legal? New 2026 law for Real Estate Photos

To follow that logic, it wouldn't be OK to shoot the property on one of those sunny days if it's located in a consistently overcast area. That's ridiculous.

    Waypoint mission accuracy

Your waypoint flight will be as accurate (or inaccurate) as consumer GPS is. That is ... +/- a metre or two, and possibly sometimes a little more. Your heights don't come from GPS and should be within a metre or two, but as they are based on height relative to the launch point, you'd need to...

Are you liable if someone else uses your media for commercial purposes without your permission?

No, and the FAA has a thousand other things to take care of before they'd care about this scenario.

    image quality poor

As I said in my last post, there is a subject you can look at and evaluate. Your most recent two pics have no subject, nothing at all to look at and tell if is well exposed, well focused etc. In short they are pictures of nothing, while the older photo is a picture of something. Apart from that...

    Birds

You haven't had to deal with determined birds that are intent on doing damage to your drone. If you ever do engage in evasive action with birds that are serious, you'll learn that climbing only means you have put your drone further from safety and will be exposed to attack for longer.
