Simple solution is a small piece of gaffers or electrical tape covering the LED's. I took a look at the Litchi website but the Mavic 3 Pro is not supported. I thought maybe Litchi would have an option if the DJI app doesn't. .

170g is not a problem. I fly with 350 all the time on Mavic 2 and 3. The motors will get hotter and flight time will be reduced. Try to locate the payloads close to center of gravity to balnce load on motors.
