I think the only people winning are those that snapped up all the stocks & shares that got panic dumped with the 145% announcement... who have just seen the value of all their new acquisitions skyrocket overnight.

Well, your source is whitehouse.gov which has taken quite a turn toward Fox News these last few months. So it's best to reach out to independent news sources. Remember one of the first admin actions was to remove all the inspectors general...
