The communication path from the drone to the mobile device go ... Drone <--> RC <--> Mobile device. The message on your last pic. says (RC not connected to mobile device) This likely means that the connection works Drone <--> RC... but fails... -

If it helps my phone is a Samsung S22 Ultra, which according to DJI, is compatible and I used it last year in Italy without problems.
