Hello! New to forum and new to drones!

First, you must take and pass Part 107 FAA test if your going to use your drone for income. What to buy? Depends on your budget and remember you get what you pay for. After your purchase, download the owners manual and read it cover to cover at least 3 times. You might want to spend 2 or 3 hours...

Odds of crashing for a newbie

I think it’s very simple. You get what you pay for!!! DJI knows there is a market for a $300. quad copter, and a market for a $700., and a market for $2000. You simply will not get a full featured product for the price of a entry level one. Good luck!

Your questions are all valid and tells me you want to do the best you can. I am a 3 year Mavic 2Pro owner and read a book suggested on this forum. Use all the basic ideas for better images. Edit your images and eliminate those that look bad. Don’t...

Quadruple your photo resolution in Photoshop

I purchased a Mavic 2 Pro almost 2 years ago. I am a retired commercial photographer who owned a studio in Mpls. for 32 years. Image quality is more than pixel count. A image from a $1600. camera is going to better than a $400. camera. Nothing substitutes for a well composed, well exposed...

Whitch drone for video and photography

I have a M 2 Pro with the Hasselblad camera. It’s wasn’t cheap but images are stunning. As usual, you get what you pay for. If you simply aren’t satisfied, save your $$ and trade up.

I’ve been flying a 2Pro for 18 months and have learned so much from this Forum. I hope to help others with the experience I’ve had. I fly mostly in Minn. but spend winters in Mesa, AZ.
