Yeah sure... But without going into how a IMU (compass, accelerometer & gyro) can get affected by a EMI discharge... note that the moisture in the air is a natural conductor, earthing any potential static charge and thus dissolving static... -

This had nothing to do with any kind of electronic interference... Instead it was likely the weather conditions that first caused the "low vertical limit landings" due to iced up VPS sensors & then later the motor errors together with loss of... -
