Just contact the building maintenance guys they have roof access. Most of them are good guys, give it a try it can't hurt .

I use a ipad air2 wifi no cell and don't ever have a problem. The aircraft handles the gps and i handle the sticks pushin.

I do the same work up here in Canada. I wrote it into the contract that i have full rights and can use them for anything i need. Some agree some don't.

Oh no I love my mini . But if you have a air2 and a mini 1 I would stay with that. You don’t really gain anything. I use the mini in big parks and campgrounds because I don’t trust the little bird quite as much as I do the others.

The mini 2 is a stripped down air 2 . Same controller, same app , etc (IMO) I own both the mm 1 and the MA2, save your money.

The mini's need. a screwdriver to take the props off. The other have quick release props
