I'd assume there are at least a couple of options
make it a federal crime to fly a DJI drone although that would be difficult to enforce. But if it was a federal crime I sure wouldn't risk flying a DJI drone. Not with remote ID in place

be cautious with your DJI drones because you may not be able to get another, and if you do there's probably no effective warranty.

I've been seeing this coming for the last 18 months.... as have most of the other "Chicken Littles" who have been systematically sneered at...
I believe the Mavic 3/4 models will go up to 1000M if you're more than 30 miles/50KM from an airport. I'm not sure if DJI would allow a waiver in the fly app to go higher
I believe the limit on Autel drones is 800M
