I haven’t tried it myself, but there’s really no need - you can just select all the clips in the Project panel and apply the desired color space to all of them at once

Does Premier have a feature that allows you to create a batch or macro that you can run to change all these settings with one click to allow you run apply them like you do with a LUT? -

It is digital zoom. No DJI consumer drones has zoom lenses - the only one with true zoom was the Mavic 2 Zoom with a 24-48mm (equivalent) lens.
