It is reassuring that 'previously loved' DJI tech holds its value so well... so not a poor long-term investment...
Even five(?) years after it's introduction: the RM500 still commands not that much less than the amount it cost on first release.
They don’t really come down in price over the years either, except maybe in three or four years when the RC PRO 3 or whatever it will be called is released
It's a similar situation with the original "smart controller" for the Mavic 2's... a hellishly expensive accessory. Even today: if you're looking at a 'reconditioned' RM500, the average price for a good one is around the £800 mark.
Looks impressive at 2000 nits brightness and backwards compatablity if you have a Mini 4 Pro or Air 3 onwards.

There are obvious benefits this new M4P brings but for me most of them are not important for my work. The flight time of M3P is plenty enough, the spinning gimbal is a "one-trick pony" IMHO and all the spinning shots flooding YT atm will wear...
