My Mav3 Pro flew into a river. I used Flyaway to order a replacement. They sent the replacement with a DJI baseball cap, then DJI called to tell me they were sending an email with a coupon for a battery. I figured $10 off but..it was for a FREE...

not a mistake, it turns out. Got the battery today. New, with 0 cycles in a fresh DJI box from New Jersey. Now I have to position my 7 batteries 'just so' in my case that has place for four batteries (plus battery in drone) ...but I get them all... -

The usual way was power up the remote, then the drone, then reverse order for shut down
