    Not quite fair. Like most support groups, they're just underpaid people with little experience with drones and no job training with drones who are working primarily from scripts.

    It's only got a single camera. You get nothing but a "digitally zoomed" crop when you zoom in the app. RAW gives you the whole sensor, even if the embedded preview might be cropped as requested. I.e. crop again in LR.
