I'm pointing out that that the idea of intentionally crashing a drone bound to another DJI account to have it covered by Care Refresh isn't workable.

Thanks, Miro. I don't doubt that the program is safe. Norton seems overly protective sometimes. I'll have another try on a different computer and browser. UPDATE: Reported to Norton as a false notification.

The Care Refresh would be attached to the account under which it was purchased, the previous owner of the drone.
