Why would DJI void the warranty in Japan just because you took the drone to another country. Just ask them how they're handling such cases. Worst case, you won't care for the answer, but they've not going to be vindictive because you asked.

Were you hovering directly over that person's house? That's no excuse for him shooting at the drone, but it's also not good practice. Did he actually fire at the drone during that time? I see no muzzle flash or indication of recoil.
