Were you hovering directly over that person's house? That's no excuse for him shooting at the drone, but it's also not good practice. Did he actually fire at the drone during that time? I see no muzzle flash or indication of recoil.

(I'm assuming you mean concealed carry permit. If not, disregard this.) What good would have a weapon done in the situation described by the OP? What better outcome might have been achieved? It's absurd to suggest that drone pilots need to carry weapons. This is just stoking unjustified fear.

A very nice panorama. Nicely composed and exposed. What drone? ThereS an issue with multi-exposure compositions involving waves. They move between exposures. With smaller waves or chop, it's often not noticeable. Even with the larger waves here, it's not excessively distracting from a fine photo.

No. Does anyone have any examples of US firmware blockages for other products? Yes. Updates are used to fix problems and add features and functions. There have been no problems with updates restricting usage of DJI drones in the US.

No one has said you're dumb. But you did put two drones into positions where waves and spray could come into contact with them. You stated that in the case of the first drone in your initial post.
