Thank you- that was the short test flight I did after the Drone Deploy incident, purposely over some shrubs in the event I had to set it down while it was behaving poorly. I sent the flight logs to DJI, replacement should be here tomorrow.

Indeed- my first drone was a XP2 Quadcopter- 100% manual flight, no GPS, no auto stabilization, maintaining visual and having the ability to orientate and control is a good skill to have.

Was doing a roof inspection of a local home depot and experienced a complete loss of control- was able to get it back but barely. Working with DJI to get a replacement.

Have had poor/inconsistent performance w./ the DJI app and my Shield K1 andriod tablet. Bought Litchi and zero issues- stable, good connections, no crashes. The ability to plan/upload missions is a big plus!
