Every time I fire up my mavic pro, I’m prompted to recalibrate the compass. I do so and everything is fine. But once I power cycle, it asks me to calibrate again. I’ve performed calibration from my computer too. In the litchi app is says “compass error. Aircraft Restart required” Not had any...

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening (see photo). The red doesn’t actually show up on the processed images. What is attached are iPhone screen shots. I reset the video settings to factory default and it doesn’t go away.

No, I was running the release prior. I agree with the NB = DFix policy. I started down the path with DJI, but honestly my flight time and photography is too important to play the waiting game, only to find out it's all billable. Even if I didn't have them do the repair and had them send it back...
