just got home and had another look at the leg and there is a tiny amount of play . Do i need to take it back to the supplier or can i just get the leg tightened at say We Fix etc locally? attached pic of damage from the prop .

Thanks for the reply 4wd. I gave the drone a good look over and checked if there was any play in the leg and couldn't see any i swapped out the Prop also just to be safe hopefully it was just bad luck ie the perfect storm type situation and it will not happen again. Will wait for DJI to...
