Phone them and tell them why are you paying for something you don't even have? That it's not acceptable and you want compensation. Ask to speak to managers.it sucks man. But the should be giving a better service, especially if their charging you already

There communication is the main reason I cancelled. I asked them loads of questions in emails and none were answered. They just sent the copy and paste email they send everyone. Don't take their **** come January mate, ask for compensation. keep trying maplin. Garuntee you're chances are...

Most of us have now cancelled. alot of us got lucky with maplin and I have ordered the P4pro instead through them. Jessops is ****** mate. Don't expect anything till February

Can someone explain why maplins is on the ball with this? Jessops of you're monitoring this thread how come maplins is stocking them and yet you cant clear 2 month old pre orders?

I'm glad I cancelled as well. I hate to say but people that ordered in October for the Mavic could be waiting till February for delivery. I really hope jessops will offer compensation to their customers. I gave up after two months. Hopefully the P4P doesn't take two months....

I've actually decided to cancel as well. **** this for a carry on. I ordered the P4pro and will wait to see what availability for the Mavic in the spring. I really wanted the Mavic for Christmas and that just isn't going to happen. Hopefully me cancelling will mean you guys can get you're Mavic...

I ordered the P4pro today. I will see which arrives first and cancel the other. Also why the utter **** does maplin have Mavics in store to walk in and buy and jessops can't even sort there pre orders for two months ago?
