22079 Lorton VA. looking for other pilots and places to fly

I live south of the NFZ inside the yellow self unlocking area. but when I try to start my mavic, it tells me that I am in the NFZ. For some reason the maps do NOT match the actual GEOLOCATION. I have contacted DJI a few times and they have done absolutely NOTHING about fixing it.

when I get home I will try to adjust it and see if it somehow came off of auto. I am not a camera person so I try NOT to mess with exposure and all of that other stuff.

I have tried doing the basic reset and nothing happened. is there something or somewhere specific that I have to do that?

My camera has gone completely white on me and I cant see the video feed. how can I get this fixed? or do I need to completely replace something? at a total loss here.

Live south of D.C and OUT of the NFZ but inside a yellow self authorization area and DJI still wont let me fly. paperweight!!!
