The Mavic will allow you to go to 1600 feet. It is defaulted to 400’. Open settings and change max altitude from 120 meters to 600 meters.

Thank you for the info. I don’t recall this ever happening in the past. At least not while I was paying attention to it. So I figured I’d throw it out there to see what may be different this time vs others.

I don't know about that. Unless it messed it up for good because it does it every time I've flown since.
