I would imagine that a lot of the 'scrutiny' would be avoided if it looked as though you'd been using it along with any other camera gear you took with you for the trip... and it wasn't still in the packaging. -

If the aircraft has a ADS-B transponder, apps like Flight Radar may list the type of aircraft, tail number, speed and elevation if you're curious...

I've had the code 180 error after updating the firmware for the remote ID thing. I then downloaded the latest version of GO4 for the smart controller right from the DJI website using the built-in browser. After installing that it was all happy...
