I think your summarization is spot on, I too think the camera side might have peaked or close to it, but DJI might surprise us in the near future with camera advances.

It's really hard for me to state my opinion here without it going sideways or being political, so i will say that i totally agree with all the opinions above and hope our government stays the heck out of this.

No, it will calculate the distance to the return home point, the drones height to initiate the return home with the approximate set percentage, but wind speed could alter the percentage left based on the drone flying into a headwind. So I like the 20% rule to allow for unknown variances.

I also set my warning at 20%, and come back, no exceptions.
