I heard back from PolarPro a couple days after contacting them, but I'm only now getting around to posting their reply.
Here is the reply from PolarPro:
Let's start a petition for PolarPro to resume manufacturing their landing gear!

Hi, Vin!
Happy New Year!
Thanks for taking the time to put the comparison photos together! I very much appreciate it :)
The PolarPros were great because they folded up nice and compact and, when extended, provided a bit more ground clearance than the O'Woda extenders. I had initially...
Ha! That is pretty cool! I love it! I don't think I'll ever have a need for something like that, but I can definitely appreciate the idea, design, and implementation. Awesome job!
I had the PolarPro Retract Landing gear on a previous Mavic 2 Zoom and am looking for another set for a new Mavic 2. Does anyone know where I can still find them?

Hi, Steve! Thanks for the tip! Yes, Sonoma is absolutely beautiful. Sadly, we don't make it that far north too often. The farthest we've been was Millerton (to the Tomales Bay Oyster Co. to be exact). We drive up to Rohnert Park about once a month, but haven't been there since receiving the...
OMG! That is awesome! I assumed Airmap only worked in the US and didn't even bother checking the Philippines! It looks like where we'll be traveling is a drone-friendly zone (at least according to Airmap). Thank you so much!
Chris
Great shot of Pier 39 and the Embarcadero! Just behind and to the left of the Pier 43 Ferry Arch is the Franciscan Crab Restaurant, our favorite restaurant. Haven't had a chance to fly the drone in the city yet, but will definitely take it the next time we're there. Where did you take off from...
WHOA! Information overload! LOL! Thanks for the link to the manual -- I've already started reading it and have learned a couple things I didn't know before, such as the P-, S, and T-Modes. I've seen them mentioned in YouTube videos, but not to this extent. I'm sure I'll come across lots of great...
Ha! You might disturb some grains of sand should you crash. I can understand the no-fly rules for National Parks with lots of trees, vegetation, wildlife, and large crowds, but a desert?!
That would be awesome! You wouldn't be able to fly a drone directly over (or too near) Alcatraz Island as it is part of the National Parks Service, but you could definitely approach it, being sure not to violate the airspace around it. Hmmm, maybe a nice sunrise shot with the Golden Gate...
Does anyone know if there exists an app (or website) similiar to Airmap and Kittyhawk that displays fly/no-fly zones for the Philppines? I'm traveling there next month and want to be certain that I don't fly in any restricted areas.
Thanks!
