    I In the US at least, you can exceed 400 feet AGL if you are within 400 feet horizontally of an object that is taller than 400 feet. So, you would be fine unless you flew more than 400 feet away from the edge of the cliff.

    No, you set the max on the Mavic to 500 meters, then you don't need to be stopping and landing for every 400 feet of elevation, but rather every ~1600 feet of elevation.

    It will descend a lot quicker if you add some forward motion. Otherwise, they slow the descent rate to avoid too much propwash or a vortex ring state.

    Not much information out there, but looks like he was cruising (is that the term) for *** sex in a park and got busted. Not my thing, but if it was meant to be a consensual encounter with another adult, I don't see the problem. Wouldn't want it going on at 3 pm when I am using the park. 4 am...
