From my dealings with them for just over three weeks I think that they are short of staff and they are training some people. I think that with shut down in the USA they are doing a lot more work with probably not enough staff. The service here in... -

I received the same notification regarding a shortage of parts caused by customs problems. The estimated timeframe for resolution is between 60 to 90 days...
