Quad bayer can have a higher DR because different photosites within a "super pixel" can have different gains - aka on sensor HDR. So even if each physical photosite has only DR of 10-11 ev, the overall DR can be increased.
Stacked and quad bayer are completely different things. My guess is quad bayer yes, so binned resolution will be 25 mpx but not stacked. Interesting who's a sensor manufacturer.
100 mpx = quad bayer. So not necessary the best for stills.

I'm not sure if "bigger" means larger sensor area (and I also don't know of a sensor that is between MFT and APS-C) or more megapixels. It could have been something lost in the literal translation and leakers are talking about resolution and not...
