A little help please. Mavic Air was flying great. caught it in the hand and it pulled away so I turned it sideways to shut off...... Now when I start her up she turns on props spin but won't lift off... I fell like she needs to be reset or something.
I had the “motor obstructed“as well and it hit the ground 4 times. Every time was right after that warning. The last one was a lost, sent to DJI and it was replaced free of charge with out using the insurance.
Hi Air_Joe, I was doing a "point of interest" of a building. I noticed the "motor Obstructed" but it went away like I have noticed before. then it just shut down and fell. I tried to pull both sticks back and in to restart but no luck.
the files are 10 (video) and 12 (screen recording) meg. not...
I had a “Moter obstructed” warning today, and just after my MA fell 200’ to the road. This is BS, but I just mailed it off to DJI for analysis. I thinking they will use my warenty for replacement and not admit they have a software problem.
Yes, I bought it after the deadline and had to do the whole video “dog and pony show”! But glad I did.... But how is this my fault? I’m thinking this should be covered by manufacture warenty.
Hello all, I just wanted to add to this thread this just happened to me today. I was doing a point of interest fly under 200 feet around a building. I noticed the obstructed motor warning. No birds in sight. Then my Mavic air feel, hits the ground and breaks up. I’m going to mail it back to DGI...
