FYI. The latest update for the DJI fly app 1.4.0 will not run on the iPad Mini 4 2015 model. The CPU will not handle the updated version. I will have to buy new iPad....see attached comparison CPU's.

I got it resolved. I did soft factory reset.

Thank you all for your input. I will return to DJI for repair when I get back State side. I'm sure they will be able to repair. I purchased it on Feb 1,...for the trip here. I think it was a combination of the drone and I panicked seeing all the alerts at one time.

I have the same problem. Purchased my mini on Dec 18th. all firmware up update as of Jan 20th, 2020. I have problem on both my S8 and iPad mini 4...both devices update to latest versions...for my first drone I'm very disappointed....
