Putting aside any feelings for Musk and Tesla I don't think it makes any sense for them to move into this market. Manufacturing drones would be significantly different to any of the existing products and there's no guarantees that DJI will...

EDIT 3M Dual Lock is a hook-and-loop fastener material, akin to Velcro, but more secure. See post #9 by @Bigger Hammer. I mount strobes with just Velcro. Light, simple, cheap, effective. Never had a problem.

PUnderstood, however if I have the larger batteries on the M5P then that puts it over the threshold ....sadly.
