Thanks so much 66427cobra! I have applied for authorization through DroneZone who informs me that my "application was canceled" because it was the "incorrect application type". I have responded by asking what is the correct application type and am waiting for a reply.

Hi eyeonwing....I used Aloft to request LAANC authorization.

I passed Part 107 last August and recieved a Temporary Certificate Number. I have tried several times to get authorization to fly a photo mission at a park that is 3 SM East of San Diego International Airport in Class B Airspace with a LAANC altitude of 0 feet AGL. I have submitted my requests...

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention that I passed my Part 107 last month and requested the waiver with a temporary certification.

Thanks you guys!! I only wish Drone Zone would respond as fast as you all did. I requested on 9/17 for a waiver for 10/11 but haven't heard back from them.

I have recently applied for a waiver from FAA Drone Zone to fly and photograph a park just inside Class B airspace with a LAANCE ceiling of 0 feet. Assuming I'm granted the waiver, do I also have to get approval from DJI?
