I finally got my mavic, after 2 months+ of waiting. 1st flight, way too nervous, almost sweat on hands. everything did go fine though. i need to check more videos and be prepared better for the next time. Then i had my second flight and i almost had a situation, auto RTH (due to low battery)...

yes, there is no point making a new mavic right now. i was talking about new a largel scale mavic shape foldable drone that will replace phantoms. So we have a mavic pro for the entry level+, and the new one for amateurs and enthusiasts. Phantoms will kiss us goodbye.

A new inspire, so soon? I'd say it could be the release of a new series (based on mavic design but larger) of drones that will replace phantom line in a few months.

Thanks for the reply. So i can get it quickly in emergency out of a dangerous zone/situation and then set it back to normal mode and auto home.

it may sound silly, as i am a newcomer, but i would like to ask, when in sports mode you fly your MP manually back home right? That means you have a visual and you can handle manual flight pretty well right?

Hi ya all! I am waiting for my mavic and hopefully in less than a month i will lay my hands upon the mavic pro combo. Still reading reviews, watching youtube setup tutorials, buying accesories so as to be ready. My experience, a toy drone SYMA-clone for about a year now! Glad to found you folks!
