Hi Steve I took your advice and reduced the fly disance to be only 450m which reduced the circle to be well within the blue area and it didn't make any difference. Neither did opting to cancel as suggested by Robert2. DJI still haven't got back to me yet about this.

Unfortunately I have still having a problem trying to fly the mini in an Authorized area. I went out just now to a local park which is in an authorized area. It gave me a RED GEO no fly warning even though it is in an authorized area. It was picking up 17 satellites - when I tried to take off...

They did get back to me within an hour in fairness and it’s working now.

update - i just tried it again and although it gave me a red geo zone area - it did allow me to take off and unlock the area from the app. This is weird coz it wouldn't let me take off earlier, maybe it was the satellite issue as you said Steve495. It seems to work now, looking forward to trying...

thanks - it picked up 5-7 satellites depending on when i tried it. I was just onto online chat at DJI - they were hopeless just told me to contact [email protected] which i will do, but i know they take days to respond.
