Does anyone know the current regulations for recreational drones under 2kg in Barcelona, Spain? I know the country and regions of the country are very strict on commercial use, but have found very little on recreational.

Last time I was in Antigua Guatemala, my friend who has a drone had no issues there. He got some amazing footage. The only place that would be of issue would be the City.
