Are the stairs the only way to get to/from there? There is a road going up, honestly I always go by vehicle, car or motorcycle. How far of a climb is it? I don't know how many steps but it will take 10 minutes walk up if you are in a good condition!! Is it reserved for only people practicing...

The bridge is near my house in Chiang Mai, Thailand and the two bridges became a symbol of love where couples wish to come to visit. And hanging the locks is meaning for Thai people that they will locked for ever as a couple after visit this bridge and they will come back.
