I just use the cable that came with my iPad / iPhone.

I tried the SMAtree D500 soft case and the Lowepro DroneGuard 250. But I wanted something to store my MavMount, so I ended up with the Nanuk 920.

I modified my Nanuk 920 case to fit the extended jaw Mavmount iPad holder. I carry my iPad 9.7" in my laptop backpack, along with the DJI goggles, which I pretty much take with me when I use my Mavic.
