Something quieter, that doesn't say to every paranoid person in the area that I'm there because I want to spy on their incredibly dull lives. I would rather look at the beauty of nature rather than their balding head........no offence to anyone who is follically challenged

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm a bit lucky in that my garden backs onto a golf course - that has had to close - so I get to fly around it whilst nobody is there. Getting a bit boring but it's good safe practice. Like you, can't wait to get into the Peak District, who knows perhaps our drones...

Just bought a Mavic Air 2 and it's amazing. Still trying to learn how to fly it without hitting anything - thank heavens for the sensors - but I'm still incredibly nervous. I presume it just needs practice, practice, practice. This forum is going to be well worth joining. Pippa
