this is the official map showing all no fly zones for Spain - and of course for the Canary Islands as well. I spent one week on Gran Canaria last autumn and after checking the prohibited areas before going there, I decided to leave ny little bird at home...
As long as you are registered in one of the EU countries you don't need to do this a second time when traveling abroad. Just check for the local rules that may differ from EASA basic rules and have all the papers (and of course your little bird) with you. That's it.

In EU an insurance is mandatory when flying drones. So better to have one, just in case of... The drone needs to be registered, and the registration you only will get when showing an insurance contract.
The registration is based on EASA (defining the rule for pretty much all european countries - without UK e. g.).

In general I would also vote for a DJI Mini 2 or 3.
But when reading "Pictures of trains" please keep in mind the EASA regulations for EU drone pilots that have to be followed in any case. E. g. it is not allowed to come closer than 100m beside railroad tracks - to keep a safety distance.
