Yes I reached out to them but as of October 2024 the product is no longer supported. I guess I should buy a new one or try my luck with repairing it.

Trying to decide if this is something that someone can fix without too much experience working on drones. I have a Mavic Pro I crashed and the left rear arm is broken and Gimbal is broken off only connected by the cables. What would I need to fix this? I see you can purchase parts on Amazon but...
