My point was It would be great to be able to legally do that kind of video in Australia as a recreational flyer.

You could also pick a still frame from the video and measure from that.

Maybe pop up the drone to 400ft. Take a still pic and measure the distances between what you can see on the ground. Easy.

If you want good 4k then a card with XC1, U3, A1 and V30 (or higher) covers all bases and is best for less dropouts. (So say all the research I have done.) I also use San Disk Extreme 64 (AU$86 at Bing Lee in Australia)
